About This Program

The nation's only voucher program designed exclusively for students with speech-language impairments. Named after Nate Rogers, a student with special needs. Students in grades K-6 with speech-language impairments eligible for IDEA services receive vouchers to attend accredited private schools specializing in speech-language therapy and intervention.

The nation's only voucher program designed exclusively for students with speech-language therapy needs. Private schools must be state-accredited special-purpose institutions with speech-language therapy as primary focus.

How to Apply

Apply through the Mississippi Department of Education, Office of Special Education. The Nate Rogers Scholarship provides funding for speech-language therapy services at approved providers.
