About This Program

Pennsylvania's EITC is one of the nation's largest tax credit scholarship programs by participation. Businesses receive 75-90% tax credits (up to $750,000/year) for donations to Scholarship Organizations (SOs) or Educational Improvement Organizations (EIOs). Scholarships fund private school tuition for students from families earning less than $112,348 plus $19,775 per dependent, with enhanced credits for serving economically disadvantaged students.
