About This Program
Arkansas's LEARNS Act, signed into law in 2023, created universal Education Freedom Accounts for all K-12 students. The ESA provides funds for private school tuition, tutoring, curriculum, technology, therapies, and other approved educational expenses through parent-directed accounts.
