About This Program

Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account was the nation's first ESA program, initially serving students with disabilities before expanding to universal eligibility in 2022. Funds are deposited quarterly into a parent-controlled account for tuition, tutoring, therapies, and other approved expenses.

How to Apply
